Did you managed to decrypt any of the bundle files? I actually want to edit the character and robot stat, which is actually working in the Switch version. Do you know what the type of encryption used on this .bundle files?

This is one of the file a0ae82c7bcb2df2b2ea1cd705dd968f6.bundle that I'm interested in which is containing PilotBasicDatas.

This is the bundle files from Switch version (v1.3.0) which is by default not encrypted and PC version (also v1.3.0) encrypted

a0ae82c7bcb2df2b2ea1cd705dd968f6(Switch).rar a0ae82c7bcb2df2b2ea1cd705dd968f6(PC).rar

Edit : Also as an added information, the dev previous game such as Super Robot War (SRW) 30, SRW V and SRW X is using Blowfish and CRILAYLA encryption on its game data files. I don't know if this game also using that or completely different encryption

Each bundle uses a unique key derived from a password and its filename. Give the script a try and let me know if you run into any issues. 👍

# Make sure the cryptography package is installed before running the script
python -m pip install cryptography

python .\decrypt_srwy.py "path\to\folders\with\bundles"

decrypt_srwy.py

Would this tool work for the steam version of Hololive Dreams? It's also a unity game (il2cpp) and I believe it has similarly encrypted files (or perhaps files hidden in another directory), since none of the character models show up when browsing the main directory in AssetStudio.

EDIT: Not sure I did everything right, but I tried it and it gave a "ValueError: (file.bundle): Decrypted data is not a UnityFS bundle" and only exported a 0kb file.
The game is a free download and isn't too large of an install, but if I need to supply a file do let me know

Interesting. My tool initially failed, but I have added support for it.

Here’s a quick ’n dirty script for decrypting the bundles. Let me know how it goes. 👍

python .\holodreams.py "path\to\hololiveDreams\game\folder" "path\to\folder\for\decryption"

# Example
python .\holodreams.py "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\hololiveDreams" "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\hololiveDreams\decrypted"

holodreams.py
