I'm looking for existing plugins or tools to import London Racer: Police Madness .nif / .opt with support for map models. The game is powered by NetImmerse/GameBryo. I tried NifSkope for OPTs but it failed.

Nif has several dozens of versions, meanwhile. The .opt here has Version 4.2.2.0 with NiDaviWaypointsStreamable for example.

The meshes (point clouds) are easy to track, usually (track06.opt):
