Unpacking and Repacking audio files in The Evil Within (.tangoresource & .streamed)

Hi everyone,

As the title says, I am trying to unpack and repack the audio files for The Evil Within.

From what I know, the files are split by chapters and use extensions like .tangoresource and .streamed. More specifically, the language-specific streamed files (like en, es, fr, it) hold the .msadpcm audio data, while the .tangoresource files contain the .bsnd headers.

I am aware of the tool Tango.exe, but it is limited to .tangoresource files and does not support streamed files. This is a problem because my attempts to import them only result in raw audio without proper headers.

Has anyone figured out a way to properly rebuild or repack these streamed audio files? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated
