Is there a script similar to QuickBMS for opening this game's archives?

The American version of the game, SLUS204.14. The image contains the files FS.BIN, FS1.BIN, FS2.BIN, and FS.DIR. The files are large enough to be uploaded somewhere. I couldn't make out any specific structure in the FS.DIR file.

For example, download a game image from somewhere on the internet just to check it out, and extract the files just to take a look. Seriously, the total size of the archive is about 2 GB.
