I'm looking for plugins to import 18 Wheels of Steel: Pedal to the Metal PSMs or MBDs. AlexKimov already wrote plugins for Noesis https://github.com/AlexKimov/Prism3D-file-formats/tree/master/plugins/noesis

Here is the 010 Editor binary template for PSMs. This file format shares the same format as 18 Wheels of Steel: Across America.
