Hello everyone, I’m looking for some help cracking the per-image compression for Magic Chronicles (2003).

I am trying to extract the textures and UI bitmaps from .bin and .dat files (which share the exact same format).

I've included a summary of what I've accomplished and where I'm stuck, hoping someone can help me with an quickbms script or python please.

I've also attached the .bin, .dat, and .exe files for the game.
