Maybe you have just to use a better image editor like Gimp.
Additionally your download link is super slow.
Better to upload just the image file you want to open.
Remember to check if you used the latest version of the script and a recent version of quickbms.

ive tryied every program possible even photoshop but nothing

"german_officer_mp" is not an image or it isn't in a known format

For the others files, you have to configure Windows to show the file extensions before changing them. If you don't do this, you can't change the extension.

Some Asura archives are all compressed and it's necessary to decompress them first in a temporary file.
The script can't work with these archives, it requires to be split in two parts... long story, probably it was explained in an old topic, anyway I don't have the simple step-by-step to show at the moment.
