tools I've found to extract/encode gins (by The_Unpunished) and abks (by CrabJournal) for the Black box nfs games

both their respective source codes are taken from id-daemon and they credited him in the desc.

 

also tool for extract/encode TMX sound banks from NFS Prostreet-The Run.

I also uploaded the snd_decoders by id-daemon from xentax forum

Unsure if respective authors shouldn't reupload them rather tbh. id-daemon at least is here, they can upload their own scripts/tools I believe 🙂 

Also, there is a section for Scripts/Utilities, this is more for discussing how some file format looks/works than posting complete tools/scripts.
