I don't see any TOC (table with information of the archived files).
The file immediately starts with data that I suppose is an image.
At the end there is just padding ("MONOLITHSOFT Xenosaga Episode.1")

I know when looking at xenosaga 1 a while ago it used an unkown lz compression on its files.

Just open XENOSAGA.00 and the script will do the job automatically.
Let me know if everything works well.

Ah, regarding the compressed files, it will just dump them compressed because I don't have samples with compressed data.
Feel free to upload one of the files in the compressed folder for analysis.

Not sure if I can fix it, anyway I updated the script with an additional check that may help (I hope).
Ah, I forgot to use the original filenames so this new script now dumps the files with the correct names.
Feel free to share one of the files from the compressed folder for analysis.

No idea. Maybe it wants some additional padding for calculating the base offset of the package... anyway you extracted one game so that's fine.

I did a small change to the script but I guess the result is the same ("math PCK_OFF x 0x800").
If it still doesn't work you can try increasing that 0x800 to 0x1000 or similar.
