Cities Skylines II

I'm trying to open the models from Cities Skylines 2.

I found what seems to be archives with models. They were not encrypted, I just changed the .cok file extension to .zip and was able to extract the files.
The archives contain mesh and textures.
But I couldn't open anything. Please have a look, maybe someone has more experience and can guess how to open the models and textures.
I assume they are not encrypted either. I have attached screenshots of the game folders and below is a link to the models from the game. The archive size is about 150mb.

Archive (150mb) files from game:

I can't seem to find any structure in .geometry except some sort of header.

edit: you could try a 3D ripper (on the game running)

Yeah, I tried different tools to open it too... probably these files are encrypted. even though the game is made on unity engine.
