i think its an archive with all the game files, does anyone knows how to unpack them?

Aluigi already created a QuickBMS script for this archive format: https://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/tetsujin_28gou.bms
However, you must edit the script first and comment the line 28, like this:
 

get ZERO long

Change it to:

# get ZERO long

I think what you're looking for is in CONTROL.DY
Extract it with the same script (it works on both REMOTE.DAN and CONTROL.DY)

The model files are the ones with KKP or KKM extension, I forgot.
However, that's as far as I could help
