What is .vpp_xbox2 from the 2006 Saints Row and are there programs that can unpack data with filenames?

I know what they are and how to open them.

I'm actually a Saints Row 1 Modder myself

Scripts that tell what the game can allow and do:
misc
misc2 

Pegfiles are textures.
Cmeshes are 3D models.

Preload are Textures of HUD or user inerface grahpics depending on what you're looking for.

here is the tools i use to make SR1 Mods xbtl files that are stored in misc and misc2 files

table_file_editor.exe is also used for opening up 

SR1 tools.zip
