What is *.fce / *.frd / *.sim from Need for Speed: High Stakes and can someone make a Noesis or Blender plugin to import FRDs and FCEs?

The FCE importer plugin is already included in Zanoza's ZModeler v1.0.

ahem, there's couple of tools for fce files made and published by someone. They're posted in nfsaddons website.

blender plugin of fce file import (Supports Blender 4.x, 4.2 LTS, and 3.6 LTS as it's written in mod desc.)

and for frd, someone made a blender plugin 2 years ago (beware it's not supported for nfs3 as it's written in mod desc.)
