1-Extract the text_en uasset file with retoc. This will also create the uexp extension (instructions for use on the github page)
2-drag the uasset and uexp file to the ue4loc tool and the texts will appear.
3-important point; pay close attention to the symbols and codes, otherwise there will be problems when packaging and it will not work.
4-Pack uasset and uexp files again with retoc or similar packaging tool.
