Hi, I wanted to extract the weapons.lib file from the game 25 to life, i have a way to make it playable on console like PS2 and Xbox and also PC. no matter what program i try to use to open a lib file i always get an error. The reason i want to open this file to see what's inside and to experiment these in single player because i have a script that allows these characters to be playable in single play and i want to do a video showcase on my YouTube channel of all these weapons including scrapped weapons since nobody else has ever done this for this game.
