How to make localization crisis core final fantasy 7 reunion

Please help, I want to localize the game Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, but I don't know how to open the pak. file, and can anyone help me find the localization file for the game?

I have followed the steps above but the pakchunk file. it can't be opened/accessed, is the file locked or what?

Maybe you need set aes key for this game. Can find in AES Keys Collection

I unpacked the "discimg" and "system" with NXGameScripts/Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion at main · masagrator/NXGameScripts · GitHub but there are a few more file types.

.atel .fbt .dat .mbd .gt and a couple of other file types. How can I edit these?
