this is not a tool, its just a plugin for something call CodeX and that tool is behind the paywall. Means, it is not free...

I imported texts in .strtbl, but not all of them are displayed in the game. They seem to be duplicated in the .wst and sometimes load text from them. Any chance of a .wst tool?

Are the text files of the game only inside the .strtbl files? Because there are also files with .wst extension.

No, Тexts are duplicated in .wst scripts. You need  .wst tool.

If you translate all .strtbl files, then not all of them will be displayed in the game.

I don't quite understand. All the text we need to translate is in the .strtbl files? But we don't need to translate all the .strtbl files either, am I right?

You need translate all text in .strtbl and all text in .wst. Тexts in .wst is duplicated from .strtbl. If you translate only .strtbl, the game can load untranslated text from .wst.
