Are you using quickbms 0.9.1?
Use quickbms 0.9.2 and let me know if you get the same error.

The script seems valid for reimporting so I don't see any problem.
Just be sure to use the reimporting feature correctly as explained in section 3 of http://aluigi.org/papers/quickbms.txt

The script is NOT valid for reimport2.bat, only reimport.bat can work with this game.

The tool repack succesfull the archive but it do not expand the file so the game would crash the same if you expand a file(for a translation for example)

UPD: Made a tool for extract/build cfsi (very alpha ver). Rezero PotT and Zero Time Dilemma only tested. Before using look at usage (cfsiTool.exe in cmd).
There is few bugs:
* the tool cannot unpack the archive it was packing, idk why (i'm fix it later) but game works perfectly with it
* some bugs during building 2 level subfolders
