Franco
These files are opened with a text editor. It doesn't seem to need a tool. Edited December 1 by Franco

N o o B
I created an export py script that, when copied next to the locbin files and run, exports them to txt. However, importing is too difficult for me. Maybe this will help you... Dreamlight Valley locbin Export.zipmenu.locbin.txt.zip

The files are opened with a normal Notepad style text editor. Can you open it this way and it works?

Thank you for the tool v1. 🙂 Unfortunately it still has some bugs \ shortcomings: 1.) The game has a lot of locbin files (also in subfolders). Selecting all locbin files manually is too tedious. Couldn't you rewrite the program to select a folder and extract all locbin files (including those in subfolders) into 1 common txt? Or at least add a CMD command line option (-e / -i). 2) Files where there are line breaks inside the text (\r\n or \r or \n ---> 0x0D 0x0A or 0x0D or 0x0A) cannot be exported well by the tool. For example. menu.locbin

I will fix it later.
