Either the folder \ file structure is wrong or you didn't rewrite the first 10 bytes in a hexadecimal editor, or something else.. who knows... unfortunately I can't tell you what you did and how. 🙂 1

N o o B Posted February 3 Posted February 3 (edited) FF7 REBIRTH and REMAKE INTERGRADE font editor: https://github.com/matyalatte/UE4-DDS-Tools/releases/tag/v0.6.1 Export to .dds , edit the font (PS, Gimp, VS.), import uasset (Inject) and repak. Adding a new character is not easy and I do not recommend it. Instead, redraw a character that you don't use and replace the letter in your text file with the one you've redrawn. Eg: 1.) In .dds, redraw the character ô to ş. 2.) In txt, you replace the letter ş with ô. Then ş will appear in the game. All font files are worth reviewing and editing, because as the resolution changes it uses different fonts + the font sizes have separate files. This is basically where the font files are taken from: pakchunk3-WindowsNoEditor.ucas End\Content\Menu\Billboard\Common\... The edited .uasset font files can be repackaged in the same way as (and together with) the text files (see above). This solution works with FF7Remaster too, only there everything is in .pak files and you have to select FF7R instead of UE4.26 when exporting .dds files. Apart from that, I think it works for a lot of other games. (Note: If you're a person with 0 computer skills, ask a competent person, because it takes patience and a little creativity... and for God's sake... pls don't PM me because I won't reply... and I won't do it for you. :D) Edited February 3 by N o o B 1
PlounchBoy Posted February 4 Posted February 4 Many people have tried this and in order for the letters to appear properly in the game, the uasset files need to be adjusted and this cannot be solved with dds editing. If the letter to be added has a tail or another extension, it will not appear in the game.In order for it to appear, it needs to be positioned up from the position where the letter is.A tool was shared, but even the person who made the tool does not know exactly how it works, it is a complete mess.Datura may find a solution for this, maybe I hope he finds it. MHD_KWT92 Posted February 6 Posted February 6 The game does not support Arabic letters. Please, how do I solve this problem? Is there a solution?
PlounchBoy Posted February 6 Posted February 6 3 hours ago, MHD_KWT92 said: The game does not support Arabic letters. Please, how do I solve this problem? Is there a solution? Nope. You can edit uasset texture files ending with 00, but there is a problem like this. When editing DDSD files, you need to position the Arabic letters according to the size and appearance of the letters..Otherwise you'll have to wait until Datura finds a solution.
