Does anyone know how to translate this game?

The general file structure of the game is .BIN and there is a reARMP tool for this, but it hasn't received an update in a long time and I'm not sure if it converts all files to json format.Yakuza games are technically problematic games, but another problem is that the mod community doesn't care about localization, they usually only develop tools for classic gameplay mods.
