Lad uses a Unicode Table-style font system (https://symbl.cc/en/unicode-table/).
Font textures are located in font.yazawa.par, and for kerning you need to edit font.bin in db.yazawa.en.

First, edit the meta_ot_cond_book.dds and meta_ot_cond_book_italic.dds in font.yazawa.par.
After that, open font.bin.json and edit the numbers based on locations.

I just added my characters next to Ā and ā, and edited the numbers between 226–231 in font.bin.
And then i changed the characters to Ă, ă, and so on in my translation files.

This method will work on all DE 1.0 games.

Interesting that russian official version font texture is twice as bigger. I wonder if I can do something similar on Judgment...

Just replacing block in font.bin and font file is not working, it's just show mess on screen.
