Font textures are located in font.yazawa.par, and for kerning you need to edit font.bin in db.yazawa.en. First, edit the meta_ot_cond_book.dds and meta_ot_cond_book_italic.dds in font.yazawa.par. After that, open font.bin.json and edit the numbers based on locations. I just added my characters next to Ā and ā, and edited the numbers between 226–231 in font.bin. And then i changed the characters to Ă, ă, and so on in my translation files. This method will work on all DE 1.0 games.

I wonder if I can do something similar on Judgment... Just replacing block in font.bin and font file is not working, it's just show mess on screen.
