I haven't tested it, but try swuforce's AutoIt script --> https://reshax.com/topic/344-swuforce-autoit-scripts/?_rid=904 "madmax_export.au3" and "madmax_import.au3" (This should theoretically allow you to edit .stringlookup files.)
