How to change fonts in the game Sniper Elite V2 Remastered

I extracted files using "AsuraEngineExtractor.exe"and got

files like : frontend_base01_0.dds

and  file Coordinates  : BLOCK.12.bin

I want to change the font to Arabic letters

When opening a file .bin using HxD

I don't understand how the file works

Is there an easy tool to modify fonts?
