June 20, 20251 yr Author Something else confusing I've found from looking through files is that (at least in Movie.GEO/INS) there can be two different pieces of geometry that share the same name. (For example, there are two different objects named 'terrain_shortplanter'.) Some of them (for example doorL and doorR) seem to be sub-meshes of AnimObjs. Predictably, changing their names in the GEO file and reflecting the changes in the INS file gets them to show up properly. This, and I suspect the .DAT file could contain some important info, since peeking at the .ZIT file lists it along with the TXR, GEO and INS files. No idea what's in it though...
