[PC] Tactics Ogre Reborn

Hi everyone, I need a tip on Tactics Ogre Reborn (PC) to change the game text. With this tool: https://github.com/gibbed/Gibbed.LetUsClingTogether

From LocalizeText_en-us.dat you can extract a "pack" file and from it there are 72 .etxt files (txte) that extracted give me .toml files (.etxt.toml)

Does anyone know how to do a repack please?

How do I insert the .toml files inside .etxt?
