Hello. Is there anyone who can help me with translate games from ps2 to my language?

I'm interested in:

Rule of Rose, Michigan: Report from Hell, Resident Code Veronica, Up, Donald Duck.

I don't know so much about technical things

By "Donald Duck" you mean Donald Duck: Quack Attack / Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers?
If yes, then maybe I could help, because I was docmenting formats for this game some time ago.

As for other games, you should upload some sample files, so me and other members could check them out.

Is either "Goin' Quackers" or the "PK: Out of the Shadows".
