I believe that this .svb sample contain full song wave file or interactive music for Critical Velocity PS2 but don't know a way to rip it to common wav or mp3 file, if anyone wants to use it for youtube videos and such.

You can play it with a .txth file in Foobar using the following information (save it as .svb.txth)
