[Switch] Harukanaru Toki no Naka De 7 (KOEI TECMO/Ruby Party) [.BIN (CDAR)]

Trying to unpack files from the game Harukanaru Toki no Naka De 7. The file extensions are .bin with a CDAR header. I've found some past tools to unpack the CDAR format but I didn't have any luck with them.
One of those tools was a bms script for Kin'iro no Corda (same company) that I found on the quickbms website, but it failed. Here's the script in question: kinirobms.zip

The other was Kuriimu2 which has a plugin for ruby party CDAR but it crashes every time I actually try to extract anything.
