What engine does The Crew 2 Demo use? and what tools are there to extract from the game files .dat and .fat

Believe it uses the Babel Engine. There were some tools made to extract the content on Xentax but they're gone now unfortunately, I don't know if anyone has archived them and even if they did they're probably not allowed to upload them here.

The engine probably doesn't change from the demo to the normal game, with a quick search I saw that the game is from Ubisoft (Dunia engine) and on the igdb website it is possible to see the games made by the engine, among them this one, The Crew 2, I noticed that the game uses the same files as the Disrupt engine games (Watch Dogs 1 and 2), well a very famous guy in the modding world (gibbed) has already made a tool to extract games from the Dunia engine (Far Cry 3 was made with it, a game that already has advanced modding, so look for FC3 modding tools).
