Death end re:Quest 2 .3LC Files

When i decomplied the game files, i stumble across this file: 21532204.3LC . Is there a script that can handle it?

I believe it it's compressed with custom algo + cipher on top of that... Typical at Japanese stuff. Or am I wrong? Coz can't find index or valid vertex.

That file contains mostly HCA audio.  I can't see any models in there.

btw, what does "AFS2" mean? Is it related to feedback suppression?

It's just a file header for .awb files from CRI, used in loads of games.
