Madworld (Wii) .bin/.rsd/.rsp files

The first PlatinumGames game for Wii. I wonder how if I simply extract and convert sound files inside of Madworld disc. By instance of drag and putting file into foobar2000
.bin is known used for announcers, in different languages. (Doesn't work)
.rsd is used for Wii menu banner when you put in the disc on Wii (Working)
.rsp is used for gameplay and events (Doesn't work)

from what I read from here *.RSD seems to work with Vgmstream. I tested it and it works. Hope that helps

By renaming format .bin to .rsd, it should be fine for foobar2000 with Vgmstream. But unfortunately, it only takes one audio. This situation might be impossible, could be a little research.
