Hi
Im trying to reverse this model and I have almost figured out most of the file but I have problem with bones.
Here is the file structure :
Offset 25 : BoneCount

structure is  :
short nameLen
name
parent index
3 x verctor3 pos,rot,scale
.....somedata
Offset 1739 : vertextCount
pos vertexcount * 12
normals : vertexcount * 12
UV0 : vertexcount * 8
BoneIndices+Weights : 1 byte=count - short index - float weigh
Offset 90175 : faces
Offset 111295 : BindPose
Offset 112740 : active bones


I don't know what's wrong with bones.
I'd appreciate any help.
