switch [Switch] Bezel Engine .scb files

Hello, i wanted to translate even if TEMPEST (a switch exclusive visual novel that's made in nintendo's Bezel Engine) after extracting script.nx.bea file (which i'm assuming is where the games script lays in) i found out, that there are these .scb files that might contain text, but i have no idea how to extract text from them and i found nothing googling it
