Hi guys!

I've been trying to crack the container files from X2: Wolverine's Revenge for quite some time now, but to no avail. They come in a variety of formats, but the main ones are .mdl and .all. These files contain models, textures, animations, and who knows what else. On Xbox and PC, there are also .xpr files (though when opened in a hex editor they appear to be .ypr files?), from what I understand they contain some textures, it would be great to be able to unpack those.

The main goal overall is to be able to extract everything that these files contain, primarily the models, and convert them into some common format so that they can be viewed in something like Blender. Would be amazing to be able to extract the textures in order to apply them to the models as well. The versions of the game I'm most interested in are the PS2 and Xbox ones, as they seem to contain some files that are absent from the GC port. The PC port, as far as I can tell, seems to be more or less identical to the Xbox one when it comes to these files.

While .mdl, .all and .xpr appear to be common formats, and there are some publicly available tools to unpack them, it seems like the formats used by X2 are actually proprietary, despite the names they use, so none of the usual tools can recognize or open them. There are also no custom .bms scripts for these particular files from X2, and I'm not nearly knowledgeble enough to be able to write one myself.

I'm attaching some samples from each version of the game. There are also .shd files that seem to accompany the .mdl files. I'm not sure if they're actually needed for this, but I'm including them just in case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
