Super Mario Sunshine (3D All-Stars) .har and .hix files

I want the textures from the 3D All-Stars release to make a texture pack for Dolphin where the game can run under more ideal circumstances.

these formats seem to be undocumented but I can gather that there's a lot of pngs in the har file and the .hix file might be an index for them?

I do know that fan made texture packs exist however I think some of them are too extreme or it's obvious that it's different from the original texture/it looks way too clean given the platform it's on/the upscale is pretty obvious; quite picky but I do think Nintendo did it the most tactfully. Plus there's a possibility that some of the textures might have been upscaled or filtered from higher quality source assets. the Widescreen already works out of the box with the gcm on Dolphin and it's even better than the better sunshine engine's implementation, so with this and a 60fps patch which also works I think this could become a best way of playing the game for some people.

As for using a Switch emulator to achieve the same thing. Well, also really picky but the input latency will be worse since it's running an emulator in an emulator and the button prompts will be that of the Switch and not the GameCube, unless of course those Switch icons were removed from the archive but that'd require repacking it which is a whole other thing.
