It's always possible, but without any file samples it's difficult to say for sure.

This method is very difficult. I can't extract the lobster sled. I don't like working with hexadecimal programs. Is there another way? I don't want to bother anyone, I just want you to help me with a step-by-step guide.

What? Press the 'mesh' button and the lobster should be displayed.

Choose 'File\SaveAs mesh' and the obj file will be created (first sub mesh only, see attachment).

Too bad. This is what I can provide.

You can wait for someone who creates a script for you.

A guide for what?

If you want to know how to get the parameters for any Wanadoo .ob file, that requires some basic knowledge in hex analysing of binary 3D data.

edit: next sub mesh:

claw (position wrong, needs some offset or matrix applied):

I'll see what I can do. May take some time. As you can see from my previous post some sub meshes (claw for example) might need a special treatment so it's more complicated than for other formats I've handled so far.

shak-otay, can you help me figure out which .ob format program can open? I need a script for quickbms or noesis.

As mentioned, you've opened another topic for the same thing and attached the same files, so I'll delete your other post as a duplicate.

Thanks for the samples! But that's all lobsters! Isn't there any sample that is not a lobster? (And maybe of bigger file size?)
