Gcr27 Posted October 22 Author Posted October 22 This method is very difficult. I can't extract the lobster sled. I don't like working with hexadecimal programs. Is there another way? I don't want to bother anyone, I just want you to help me with a step-by-step guide.

Press the 'mesh' button and the lobster should be displayed. Choose 'File\SaveAs mesh' and the obj file will be created (first sub mesh only, see attachment). Quote I don't like working with hexadecimal programs. Too bad. This is what I can provide. Quote Is there another way? You can wait for someone who creates a script for you. Quote I don't want to bother anyone, I just want you to help me with a step-by-step guide. A guide for what? If you want to know how to get the parameters for any Wanadoo .ob file, that requires some basic knowledge in hex analysing of binary 3D data. edit: next sub mesh: claw (position wrong, needs some offset or matrix applied): Wanadoo SC lobstersled_0.zip Edited October 23 by shak-otay typo
Gcr27 Posted Tuesday at 06:15 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 06:15 PM shak-otay, can you help me figure out which .ob format program can open? I need a script for quickbms or noesis.
Engineers shak-otay Posted Tuesday at 07:02 PM Engineers Posted Tuesday at 07:02 PM I'll see what I can do. May take some time. As you can see from my previous post some sub meshes (claw for example) might need a special treatment so it's more complicated than for other formats I've handled so far.

Engineers shak-otay Posted 10 hours ago Engineers Posted 10 hours ago @Gcr27: getting the correct start addresses of the FI blocks was harder than expected. I'd need 3 or 4 .ob samples to check the tool.
Engineers shak-otay Posted 5 hours ago Engineers Posted 5 hours ago Do you have more samples? (others than the two you've uploaded already)
Engineers shak-otay Posted 4 hours ago Engineers Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Thanks for the samples! But that's all lobsters! Isn't there any sample that is not a lobster? (And maybe of bigger file size?) Edited 4 hours ago by shak-otay
