The Sims Mobile .sba texture files

Can anyone please help with extracting these textures? Not a format I'm familiar with.

There were some successful attempts with extracting SBA files from NFS No Limits:

But you can do it only manually e.g. by using ImageHeat https://github.com/bartlomiejduda/ImageHeat
