And then buy a used PC on Ebay OLX, that's exactly what I did to get my own PC in just 300$, super powerfull one: i5-8400, 24GB RAM, GTX 1070 8GB, 1 TB SSD, 2TB HDD. If no Job opportunities available you can just borrow some from your family members & friends 75$ each (4 members), or just do some simple work for your friends/family members. After getting enough money remember to look at the used market for the best product per price, look at the YouTube for performance difference and then just plan your Build.
