this one also didn't worked, he says incomplete input file, I hope I did it right: added into set AES_KEY binary inside unreal tournament 4.bms and set math AES_KEY_IS_SET = 1
I also tested alternative mode of both keys, didn't worked

Are you sure you're on the latest version of the game then?
should be one of those keys.
You can upload your big exe and one of the PAK files so I can take a look.

Edit: the key worked for linamza. So the error is probably on your end (other version of the game, quickbms, script etc...).

there is only 1 pak file and it's 8.5 giga (7.90 GB)

Yes the PAK file. And you need to use quickbms_4gb_files.exe, not the one called quickbms.exe.
