Battle Operation 2 - Need help with finding normals

I've got the mesh & UV but couldn't figure out the normals. I've attached the sample below so hopefully someone can take a look. Just let me know if you need more.

I also found this archived zenhax thread which contains the file format and tools but no normals too.

because normals are not difficult to generate. and if the original normals are packaged in a special way, then not many people will bother with it.)
