You can submit a file there and then simply provide a link to it in your forum post. This way, you can ensure that no tool gets lost in the conversations, and versioning is also supported. Here's a tutorial on how to submit a file in the Downloads section: "HOW TO SUBMIT A FILE in the download section." This will help keep the forum organized and as clean as possible.
