I don't think so, since it seems like the original Mega link is broken. I should note that the creator stopped working on this project when approached by Quantic Dream, so I doubt it will be released again.

do you have tools to scan ps3 files also the tools because segms are not supported it would be super nice also if we could have the name of the texture and the environment, and for all models it would be good 

you can share a script or batch to convert a batch of segm. I want to extract everything to have the entire model

 

also if I can have a tool to have the names of the voices, Music Ambience, and the SFX
