The files for the PC seem to be unencrypted as opposed to the PS4/XB files, there are only 2 big files and I can see the header and the file type(s) recursively after the "P@CK", in this case in little endian the ZLS compression and the AAF file type:

I found the following bms script that supposedly extract the files from the game but I think it only works with the XB ones dumped from memory:

When i use it on the PC files it only extracts a few small files and then it stops, I think it only needs a slight modification to work but I'm unable to find it, I tried changing the endianness but it crashed quickbms, anyone see the issue?

It'll be easier if you upload the file in question, otherwise it's impossible to test.

I'll see what I can do, one file is 7GB and the other one is 10 GB 😅

It'll be easier if you just make an extract, say the first 20 MB of an archive and then upload that.

I used Aluigi's filecutter to get the first GB from each of the 2 big files of the game in 500MB chunks:
