Help, extract weapons.lib from 25 to life

Hi, I wanted to extract the weapons.lib file from the game 25 to life, i have a way to make it playable on console like PS2 and Xbox and also PC. no matter what program i try to use to open a lib file i always get an error.



The reason i want to open this file to see what's inside and to experiment these in single player because i have a script that allows these characters to be playable in single play and i want to do a video showcase on my YouTube channel of all these weapons including scrapped weapons since nobody else has ever done this for this game.

I have showcased other weapons in the past like Saints Row Series on my channel before

I managed to figure out how to open up file, you have to use HxD editor to allow any edits to the file as of right now.
I found the value of which weapon class goes to who and what values they are.

£@g = gangs
£@c = cops
£@m = for both
£@n = Special Weapons

Now both teams will have all the weapons
