Are any tools to access the game files in these two Ridge Racer Spin-offs

You need to tell us more details like:
 - What are the file extensions? How and where are the files stored?
 - What is the games engine?
 - What methods of extracting did you try already?
 - What is your goal?
etc.

Please also provide some sample files.

since I've tried using unpakke for extracting Ridge Racer Unbounded archive, the output should be like this. for vehicle models, which are in .vhcl (Bugbear asset), Durik made a noesis script although it's a mess to look at.Blender6_7_202411_37_08AM.png.4abf9ab7fd3e1c8facb662be7eb0bac2.thumb.png.b2640f4ca592a48f1e29d2080609d2c2.png

For Driftopia, iirc it doesn't support it with unpakke tool so I also upload a sample link for ripping the archive and also opening the door for online server revival.

2. Bugbear's ROMU engine

3. Ninja Ripper 1.7.1

4. Want to mod the models into other games

5. Etc
