Can anyone help me figure out how to export models from Lone Echo?

I had a brief look at it a while back, but not enough to work out how the files are referenced.  A lot of the files are compressed with Oodle.  The archives in the GPU folder seem to be related to meshes.  This was just a quick example of a couple of submeshes I found in the file "4c47d84c1e52447a" (not sure what it's proper name should be, was just a sample I had):

any idea how to properly export them with textures? were getting somewhere!!!!!!

From 2017 from what I know and made for the Oculase or some such?

Never met a RAD file format I couldn't crack.

they're oodle packed and they have no format its just a "file"
