The Walking Dead Season 1 key doesn't seem to work, it gives me the "the compressed zlib/deflate input at offset" error.

No, its different from New Frontier. I meant the key is not changed from demo.

You don't have to repack modified files. Build a new archive and make a lua file that loads that archive.

For some reason the compiled .ttarch2 file for The Final Season is bigger than the original, unedited ttarch2 file.
The compiled file is 39.2 MB while the original ttarch2 file is 8.84 MB and the game doesn't work after I import the compiled file into the game directory.
All I changed was one .landb file.
Please help.

ttarchext doesn't use compression when rebuilding the archive.

When I put the file (WD4_pc_WalkingDead401_data.ttarch2) back into the game's Archives directory and try to play, it doesn't work. The game just keeps loading when trying to start the episode. All I edited was one of the .landb files.

Just a note about the archives of the Hector game:
1_Hector101_english_pc_data.ttarch
1_Hector102_english_pc_data.ttarch
1_Hector103_english_pc_data.ttarch

The reason why ttarchext doesn't work with them it's due to an undocumented field handled in line 1308 of ttarchext.c.
The 8bit field was expected to be 1 if followed by a 32bit crc or zero if without it, but in these archives it's zero followed by the 32bit field.

Currently I don't have a way to fix it but I will return on it again in the future (maybe), this post is just a remainder for myself and anyone else falling in the same issue.

Any news about the new Key for The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series? The key we were using in the past for the TFS doesn't work on the definitive series!
