Gran Turismo 7 (3D models cars and tracks)

hello everyone, i'm new to this forum and i don't know if this is the right section for this request. i tried to use the tool to extract the files from gt but i'm a mac user and trying with a windows laptop i might have done something wrong... is there anyone who can help me find these tracks?
- Monza
- Suzuka Circuit
- Tokyo Expressway

Again, i don't know if this is the right section for this request, or if you have a good tutorial on how to use the tool it would be great
