Problem with dae.phyre files from "Hajime no ippo The Fighting"

Hi

Does anyone know how to convert ".dae.phyre" and ".dds.phyre" into ".fbx" or ".obj" ?
I tried using "Phyre engine tools" but it seems that they don't work with this game files.
The ".dae.phyre" files are models and ".dds.phyre" are textures

After dragging files onto .exe files they came out 1kb
here are those files;

 

EDIT: I used "Noesis" software and I can only preview/export ".dds.phyre" files.

Can you send a full screenshot of MeshExtractor with that face?
Im having trouble finding the vertices and faces and I think this would help me

Thanks for sending it 

I saw that you looked for alphabetically placed letters and I did the same thing and this is the result

without the dae file you used no one can tell

edit: if you used the same CH10_02.dae: E08D6 is not a start of a vertex block. You need to learn the basics.

Plus, you used little endian, but it's big endian here (bigE, not litE).
